It's that YUMMY time of year again!
Lori Anderson's WONDERFUL and inspiring (6th) annual Bead Soup Blog Hop!
It starts today!
I created the flowery bead below with polymer clay, microbeads, rhinestones and a water slide decal. The flowers are made of polymer clay as well. The little green clusters are beaded beads made of silver lined green seed beads and also larger ones- faceted bronze crystals. :)
This is the bead soup that I received from my partner, Christina Hickman
I created 2 pieces, so far that is, with the ingredients which I received.
PERFECT CLASP!
Sterling silver leaf toggle!
The clasp that Christina sent me was *perfect* and just what I needed to finish off the necklace that I created with the *AMAZING* wire ladybug art dome that Saffron Johns sent me in April! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Saffron's work! Check her out and maybe buy some of her work if you can afford it!
It's quality!
You HAVE to see the crown that she created! It's on ETSY!
So- here is what I designed so far.
It's art to wear! Lots of movement!
Christina's selection of beads was so pretty and eclectic, I was inspired to create an Art Nouveau style piece.
There are two miniature hand mirrors hanging from the top row of beads... :)
What do you think?

The focal that Christina sent me is so beautiful in the sunlight!
I've tried to capture the
dazzling beauty and depth
that this focal piece has.
It is so fiery and delicate.
It even looks nice like this!
Silk ribbon cord... Using it with the pearls and beads for another project!
Beautiful colors!
Thank you Christina! The ingredients that you sent to me are so inspiring and I LOVE everything! I will continue to create with the rest of the beads and silk! :)
I hope that you all enjoy the rest of the party! *&* please feel free to follow me on FB!

Amber, I am crazy in lust w/ that necklace, The wire frame & charms are incredible. The black & red pair so nicely w/ the leaf clasp, too.

Wow, am totally impressed with the work that went into that necklace. And you're so right - it really is a piece of art.

Your Art Nouveau style necklace is really a beauty ^_^
Art to wear, indeed! That is some necklace.
That necklace is amazing! I can see you put a lot of work into your wearable art.
Wow! This necklace is one of the most creativ things I ever have seen! I am sure its a great feeling to wear it! Hugs Doris
I love what you cooked from the soup ingredients.Very fresh, happy pieces.
A very fresh approach you took here: I like the idea of the clasp in front of a multi-string necklace, it would have been a pitty to hide it at the back :) And the 'art nouveau' necklace is a beautiful piece of work. Gorgeous!
You are right, it truly is art to wear. I'm not a big Art Deco fan, but I think your pieces are beautiful. Thank you so much for helping me to appreciate a style different than my comfort zone. :)
Oh my god that necklace is to die for ! *u*
Pretty Pretty.Love and hugs Tanya

Wow, wow, wow I love your work, and your soup is used to its most beautiful possibility! Very light and wonderful!
I absolutely LOVE this necklace design! I wish I had the eye to mix that many charms together. I am so matchy-matchy that it's hard to break that (and I really want to break that habit!)
Well done, and thanks for coming to the party!

That is an incredible necklace Amber. I love how arty it is - a unique piece. It takes a lot of thought to create a piece that pops like that. Great job.

I know I would feel happy ever time I put on that necklace. I checked your etsy and was disappointed to find there was nothing there! Please send me a holler if you decide to sell your miniatures in the form of beads. --Diane
